hot red pepper or "salsa verde"






 
 
Precious and delicious, Tomini sott'olio are the fruit of experience.
The choice of extra virgin olive oil that this cheese is conserved in is fundamental. It should be neither too delicate nor too strong, but sweet, intense and pure, to highlight the flavor of the cheese and the other flavors that we use to infuse the cheese during the aging process. Clearly visible in glass jars of various sizes the tomini are available in the following flavors; natural, "salsa verde" (green sauce of parsley and garlic), olives, hot red pepper, porcini mushroom or black truffle.
The oil that completely covers the tomini, conserves them indefinitely and aids this fusion of flavors, keeping them soft and intact, to be tasted at will.
From a nutritional point of view they are also very healthy and complete because they combine the nutritional qualities of cheese with the many virtues of olive oil.
