In the past, the goat herders in our mountains discovered its virtues and for generations consumed as a staple this simple and flavorful cheese that now graces our tables.
Soft, and almost spread able, it is lightly aged to form an intense flavor. The Classic Caprino del Piemonte is made into small forms of about 200grams each and is the color of light straw.
