According to tradition, our mountain dairy farmers and those on the border between France and Italy gave birth to the tiny Caprino Cremoso. White and spread able, each cheese weighs 100grams and comes packaged in a wood case containing 6 pieces. They are available in the following flavors: natural, herbs of Provence, pepper, truffle.
Each case is packed in a controlled environment to ensure maximum conservation length, between 35 and 40 days under refrigeration (4°c). At a slightly higher temperature, the Caprino begins to form a light white crust that intensifies the flavor and should not be considered a negative attribute.
